More of the same

susandennisMore organizing and moving of shit but not so much - I've about got everything good for now until carpet time. Laundry is laundrying.
I unplugged every plug on my PC and reorganized all the wires and cables and boxed up those that I'm not using right now and then put it all back together. It now looks like a rat's nest. Before it looked like a nest of a rat convention.
Sherry and Lee came by to gaze at the new colors and they were very impressed. Sherry (and Dinah) and I are debating the blue. I thought it was not working with the other colors and I mentioned it to Dinah and she said that Sherry had mentioned it to her. Sherry and I discussed and she said that initially she had had some qualms but she was happy with it now. She suggested that we let Dinah paint up a splash of it and then decide and I said ok but knowing I wasn't going to like it. I wanted turquoise. I event taped up a turquoise pillow case on the wall on Friday for her to see that it would work.
And it worked, ok but it worked to show me that the Sheri blue is the right color. And Sherry and Lee agree totally. It's going to be beautiful.
But, Sherry and Lee have convinced me that I need to replace my hot water heater while I'm doing everything else. They replaced theirs several years ago and the rest of the building's are blowing unit by unit. The unit above theirs went last month. Our model has about an 8 year life span and it's on it's 14th year. I do not want to fuck with it, but I have to admit they are right. I sent Sheri a note about it. I think I have to do it. Ugh. I really wanted a new stove/oven instead. oh well.
Now I'm going to fold the latest dryer fodder, put in my last load and then concentrate on this baseball game.
