Because I am obsessed and compulsive, I have, off and on, all day, been trying to get to Mom's computer with TightVNC. Each time: long wait and then 'no connection' with that annoying error noise.

Just now: 1:57 p.m. I tried it and bam! it worked. Got right in, no sweat. It's a plot to make me crazy. Like there was a big journey to that end to start with.
