Fun and big news

Robert and John gave the Seattle Library a thumbs up. And, they know libraries! I picked them up and brought them to Casa De SusanDennis and led them through the required oooohs and ahhhhhhs. Then it was off to lunch. Plan A had a 15 minute wait so I used them as guinea pigs for a place I wanted to try that was in the next block. Dim Sum that was pretty good. Glad to have it in the rotation. The place was full but we counted 4 Caucasians. We were 3 of them.

Then I took them to the rental car office and sent them off to Canada. It was such fun to have them here.

Home to see if I could get the damn internet connection back. Qwest is not all that equipped to deal with customers who simply buy the line from them and get their ISP services from someone else. So after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, they finally disconnected me. Called my ISP and was up and running in minutes. Whew. Then it was time to go to the dentist. I finished by setting up the wireless part of the deal when I got home. We're back in the saddle again.

The Dentist....

Turns out my remaining soreness was due to bite problems. He filed down some spots so that I'm not grinding the teeth that are sore. He looked at everything and declared victory. He said I had to finish off the bottle of the nasty wash but that he wouldn't make me get the refill (which is good because there is no way I was going to do that anyway). He said to use the Sonicare toothbrush at least twice a day for two minutes. And he gave me little brush things to clean between teeth if I wanted to in the afternoons. And then he said that he doesn't want to see me again for ...
