I love Friday nights more than is really necessary. They just hold such freedom and possibility. They feel like a wonderful gift - every week.

I went in to work late today and took the afternoon off. Not too bad.

Here's what I learned today:

• If you are doing a jigsaw puzzle (real or on computer) and you walk away for a bit, when you come back, one, two or even three of the pieces you swear where nowhere to be found when you left, magically appear.


• You can lose whole hours doing jigsaw puzzles. I'll be posting a few new ones tomorrow.

Ok so I didn't learn anything to move along whirled peas, but, hey, it's Friday.

Mmmmmmmmm....while shopping at Albertsons today, despite the fact that their fresh produce was limited, no seafood at all, and the meat was slim pickings,look what I found!

It's good, and I've never looked around for it, but thought you may enjoy it. I just spread it on Breton crackers, not really knowing proper Southern protocol.

First of all, you have a most amazing memory! Southern protocol calls for it to be spread onf squishy white bread and served with milk or Yahoo fallowed by a Twinkie.

I think Breton crackers sounds perfect!

I have added pimento cheese to my Albertson's list! That's just wild.
