So... now I have a spy/mal/adware problem on my machine. I know exactly how it got there (clicked on the wrong website... sigh) and can invoke evidence as soon as I use IE to google (or probably any seach engine) to find something. Nice.

It's part of the repair/reinstall XP plot. And, I guess it's working. I do want to get the condo pictures onto the web host in some kind of organized fashion first. So I really do think I'll wait until next weekend.

I am a morning person. It would be a huge mistake to try and tackle something that is a guarantee to piss me off, be tedious or require logical thought - after work on a school night. Huge mistake. So, I'll just use FireFox for needed googling until then.

The Microsoft AntiSpyware and Lavasoft's adaware both find what looks like the culprits. Both sear to me that they are destorying. Both are lying sacks of shit. Even after repeated scannings. I may try Spybot Search and Destroy. And I may just say fuck it.

Roomba tried to eat a half knitted teddy bear today. Choke city. Emergency rescue. Bear and Robot are fine now.

The national media keep telling me that Ophelia is ready to charge on Charleston. Mom says Not Until After The Tennis. So far, Mom appears to be in the lead in this race. Who the fuck pissed off whoever is in charge of hurricanes this year?
