Stuff I've learned this week

susandennis1. I need a laptop table and I've ordered one.
2. I need a spare power cord for my laptop and I've ordered one.
3. I need to work in different places - the desk, the table, the chaise - I need to move around more.
4. There is a nice coffee shop near here (actually there are about 6 near here - this is Seattle) that has free wifi so I thought I go check it out today. At 9:30 there was plenty of table space available. The wifi was wifiying. The line to get food and/or drink was way too long to even consider and the noise level was pretty distracting. I'm fairly sure I'm not going to be a regular coffee shop worker.
5. Fridays are still special even if you do work at home and probably are going to put in some hours on Saturday and Sunday.
6. 40 hours spread over 7 days with no commute time should really be called vacation.
Ohhhh there's a copy at the front door... wonder who's he's here to see... He looks totally official. But not really ready to take any body down.
