It was quite chilly on my walk this morning mainly due to a brisk breeze. It felt good and after I'd walked a bit, I only noticed it on my cheeks. Beats the hell out of too hot!

The future Krispy Kreme shop has had one teensy little sign that gave away what it will be until today... Today I found a big honkin' sign that boasted 102 days until hot donuts!

Laundry doing and house all sharked (I figure that if the Brits can hoover then I can shark).

I'd like a new userpic photo - a new default - not a replacement for the Pot o' Me and Hugh. I thought I'd give it a try with the cameraphone. It seems that when you want two cats in one shot, try to take a picture of yourself. I couldn't get them out of the way... I'm going to wait until they are napping.

Off now to watch a documentary about the Willy Brown election. Yesterday I watched The Contender - it was pretty good. The plot was pretty flawed but in general, when it was done, I was satisfied. It's about the confirmation of a new Vice President of the U.S. It's a political/Netflix weekend.

Have it on good authority you like pictures of snow...snow envy I believe.
Well there isn't much here now so this will have to do...my view from the cigar puffing area.


I think that is Tom (estis) in the user pic but could be his brother. He was nice enough to let me use it since I don't have any good pics.

Me too, Susan....
My family back East has snow, my friend in Montreal has snow.
I got a few drizzles of rain. Just not fair, is it? However, it has been chilly. It was 38 when I woke up early this morning.

Thanks... the hair is getting long and I'm enjoying it. Plus when all else fails I just plop it on top of my head and go.

We'd have some good snow here if the temperature would just drop about 15 degrees...

I can still watch it...sorta
