It's 1 p.m. already!  I woke up kind of leisurely and read the paper and listened to NPR and made myself a truly exceptional omelet and then decided to do about an hour or so of work. That was 5 fucking hours ago!!  I couldn't find a good stopping point.  Geesh.

I really honestly did intent to take a walk today. I still could. I still might.  But, now I'm going to veg on the couch with the TV.   I know I am not getting nearly enough exercise.  I mean even when I'm walking 30 a day, that's not enough.  But, here lately, I'm walking from the bed to the desk to the chaise to the desk to the bed. And maybe down to get the mail and across the street to get lunch.  My couch potato standing is not in jeopardy but when I lapse into a coma I'm not sure how I'll know!

I ran some stuff through the garbage disposal last night and discovered that all is not perfectly fixed with ye old kitchen drain.  It's not bad.  It's not clogged. But it's not happy.  So, I think I'll score something chemical to flush out the drain - whatever looks good at Home Depot (any recommendations?) - and just baby it until redesign time.

Yep, we are doing it again.  Sometime this Spring, we're call Sheri back onto the front lines.  Mainly for the kitchen. New appliances all around (and we can now probably add disposal to that list).  Possibly some cabinet work.  Definitely a solution to the blinds problem in the living room and some kind of lighting fix for the fish bed.  Oh and new washer/dryer maybe.
