So even before all of the Prudential stuff, I did send a note to my Mom congratulating her on getting Encarta installed. She sent me a tongue in cheek but very snippy note saying that it did come with instructions and the round things were labeled 1, 2, 3 and 'even though I'm nearly 80, I do remember numerical order, you know.'

I think I should check my horoscope. I'll bet there's something in there mentioning 'take care with family relations today.'

oh yeah... And while my brother was there she explained to him that in the old days she used to have square things but this is a new century. She is a constant source of heavy amusement.
