Yesterday the crowd started gathering outside the bars I can see from my terrace before daylight.  The game was at 1:30 p.m.  So those poor only hand really about 7 hours to work liquor themselves up.  A comment from rsc made me look and, turns out that the next game is on Sunday, rather than Saturday AND they will have two extra hours on Sunday since the game doesn't start until 3:30.  This should be interesting.

treebreeze will be in town and wants to come over on Sunday... At least I'll have good Show and Tell!

Today, I think, is library day.  And baked potato day.  Periodically, I get a wild hair up my ass and actually do kind of cook.  I get a half dozen or so baking potatoes, bake 'em all, split 'em in half, scoop 'em out, mix the middles with all manner of unhealthy ingredients (butter, sour cream, cheese, chives, salt, pepper) and then fill up the halves and freeze them. My freezer ran out of these a while back and I think it's time to restock.

So I'll go return my library books, pick up my holds, pop into the market next to the library to get potato supplies and then come home and get to work. 

But, first.  I need a shower.
