I got home from the grocery store and library...  Apparently, according to Betty and Jake, it is National Get Out All Of Your Cat Toys And Place Them All Over The House.

They are telling me it is a union effort and failure to comply will get their membership cards yanked.

I'm actually pretty skeptical...
