Bits and bites

susandennisAfter writing that last entry this morning, I've thought a lot about those Christmases. I was so lucky and I loved them and I do not miss them one single bit. I love the life I have now and the Christmases I have now.
My manager asked me about 12:30 what I was still doing there. So... wanting to stay on her good side, I left and came home.
I went down to feed Sherry and Lee's kitties and found that Sherry had made me brownies!! She makes the most wonderful brownies and she knows I love them. I was tickled. But, I have no ice cream.
So, I gathered up my new cart
and strolled on over to the Japanese grocery. It was humming but not packed. I wandered around and picked up some goodies and ice cream. When I got outside, I discovered it was raining - well, dripping a little and found that the cover on my new cart is very handy.Now I'm home and ready to enjoy my Christmas. Hope all of you enjoy yours.
