I had 4 things that needed to be done at work today. They were done by 7 a.m. Between 7 and now (nearly 3) I have tried to stretch out the few things on my 'if you have time' list. There have been gaps.

In those gaps, I've been reading a lot of LJ. If you've all of a sudden discovered me on your 'friend of' list and wondered who in the hell am I and why did I clutter up your 'friend of' list, it's because I'm bored and I found your journal somehow (friend of friend, search on old people, random whatever) and thought it might be good to follow for a bit.

Don't fret - no reciprocation is required or expected. I add you to my friends list so I can keep up without having to lift heavy objects (or click on another link). I'm might un-add you just as mysteriously.

This entry is as boring as my day... How fitting.

Who will do all those things when you are gone?

Any bites in the job field? What about persuing the jobs that are very close?

Better yet, if they gave you a date, get thee to the unemployment office so you won't have a gap.

I'm still waiting to hear if they will keep me on part time or not. I have sent out a few (very few) resumes but if they keep me part time, I will send out 'don't you want a part time writer/editor/web content maven?' letter instead so I'm kind of holding off until I hear which will probably be next week.

I have no clue who's going to do the stuff I do. I suspect a lot of it won't get done which is ok for some but not for others so that could be interesting...

I'm just kind of hangin in limbo right now. Which I've come to adjust to kind of. It's not so bad actually. I do know a change is coming and I'm ready.

That reminds me - I saw you were talking about a job hunt filter or something like that a while ago, and I meant to say I want in on it (but I'm forgetful, you know) - is it all right to do so here? ;-)
