susandennisI got up early to get a particular odious piece of work out of the way and behind me. I did it. Then I decided to tidy up a bit. I loaded up the dishwasher and turned it on and only then remembered they are turning off our water at 9:30. I think I turned it on about 8:50. I think it takes less than 45 minutes to get to the drying cycle. BUT it is 9:22 and it's still slushing water. This could be a tight race.
That scumbag... Dave the UPS guy (who is really very nice), just waltzed in the front door with his load of packages for the day (I'm watching the front door on my TV as usual.) I have no packages coming today and how do we know that??? Because he is here at his usual 9:30ish instead of the 5:30ish he delivery time he uses when I'm madly waiting for him.
I got a note from Sheri this morning that my new window blinds are set for installation on the 14th of March! Yahoo!!
Ok, distracted again... dishwasher still going and it sounds like there's water yet... The thrills here just never stop. Ever.
