Ups and downs

susandennisWhen I came back from getting lunch (chef salad with a side of cheetos, thankyouverymuch), I set Roomba to do the front half of the house - the living room half. It had been working about 10 mins when I noticed it had lost it's bin! It was actually running around ass-less. Pretty funny, actually. It's rear end had gotten lodged under the fridge. I snapped it back on and it's now merrily making its way around again.
As one could have guessed, the appliance installation hit a snag. The stove is coming tomorrow. The microwave is, too, but it has to be installed by a special installer who's not coming until Monday. The fridge and dishwasher aren't coming until Wednesday. The fridge will get installed then but the dishwasher can't get installed until Thursday. Or so it stands now. If you are thinking about betting cash on any of this, I'd hold off if I were you.
I did get a little shipment of new teddy bear fodder. It's piled in the lime chair right now. Beautiful bright colors. I may leave it in the chair for a while cause it's sure making me smile.
And now I need to get back to work.
