The hordes have spoken
Dec. 31st, 2003 02:43 pmOk one or two have mentioned that they want the old me back. Plus, I looked up about this whole resolution thing and the deal is - get this - you are supposed to keep the resolution for a whole freakin' year?!!! Holey monkeys. That's criminal! So my experiment is over. I am going to try and be more constructive about my bitching and I'm going to try and not whine so much about where I work. (Actually, I'm going to try and just be happy wherever it is I'm working... flying fish and all that.) But, that's as far as I go and, by the way, that's only good for a week. A whole freakin' year?? Are they nuts????
Now, how about a treat? Especially those of you who are fond of nice photographs. BlueJake has his 2004 round up and it's fabulous. If you think you see some future jigsaw puzzles in the mix you are 100% correctomondo.
My Mom is doing something with her Outlook Express that is putting a whole lot of notes into drafts - instead of sending them. She thinks she's sending them and I'm ignoring her. She used to do this a lot and I thought we had her fixed. But, alas, she's back at it. Plus she forgets what notes she got. I got one from her an hour ago wanting to know if I was alive and why hadn't she heard from me today - all on top of the email thread of two notes from me with her replies from this morning. I hopped over to her machine (godbless VNC) and lo and behold there were two weeks of notes from her to me and one to my brother... I think I'll just use her drafts folder as my inbox.
Ooops - real work to do... graphic clean up... firing up Paint Shop Pro even as I send this off...
