it's madness, I tell you!

The electrician was here and is really nice and opened up the fixture that Sheri got saying 'oh good - these folks make the highest quality stuff!' Ya love hearing that... But, something snafu'd and he he is coming back tomorrow morning to actually do the job plus he thinks he can pony off of my existing switch making it easier than we thought.
John came. The lazy susan shelves won't work in my cabinets!! But, wait! So he and Sheri stood around and talked solutions and came up with a plan but he needs his serious tools so he's coming back on Friday morning.
The new dishwasher is in my living room.
The new fridge is in place and the stuff is in it. The freezer isn't big enough but also isn't organized. Once everything gets thoroughly rechilled, I'll rearrange. The fridge side is perfect.
The delivery guy for the terrace furniture turned out to be brain dead. He should have had the simplest of all the jobs and still managed to fuck it way up. I now have two - FABULOUS - chairs - brushed silver metal mesh. And one 6 foot long box that says 'walnut sideboard' on the side and has the address of the Westin Hotel downtown. Brain Dead has gone back now to get my real terrace table and then he'll take the sideboard back with him????
The software and memory arrived - memory in, Visual Studio installing now.
AND today - it turns out - is my day to get the ceiling replaced on my terrace!!! Yep. I now have two guys putting up sheet rock. And the finishing guy is standing by waiting to start when they are done.
Then the head guy came in and said 'we can start the mudding here on the inside today if you want.' Why the fuck not?!!
