I just got a note from my favorite customer asking me to add a couple of faq's to his faq. I sent him a note right back telling him that I was on it and to stay tuned. And then I get this:

Thanks, Susan, btw, did I tell you that I really appreciate your enthusiasm and responsiveness?

What a nice thing. He was already on the top of my favorite list. Now he gets top with a bullet.
