But this morning the house was still warm from yesterday so I went where it is cool and took a walk around the neighborhood. It was before 10 so the only action was people straggling in late to work and some other 'getting ready to start the day' stuff. It wasn't at all crowded with either cars or people. Just nice. And I took my camera...

Although we don't have concrete confirmation, we (me, Sherry and Lee and Scott (who lives directly below me)) all firmly believe that the new brewery pub next door is going to open tonight. We were all set to wander in about 6:30ish and settle in for a fun evening of "Meet the New Neighbor" until I remembered that the Yankees are playing here tonight. This means action in the 'hood. and competition for seats in the new place.
So, Sherry hatched a plan. She will hurry home as early as possible and pop in here to pick me up and she and I will grab our real estate and hold it until Lee and Scott can get there. We can watch the game from there, meet the new neighbors and have a lovely evening. And that's the plan.
