susandennisIf you are a food snob or love to cook you can just skip this entry. But for the rest of you... I made an amazing discovery tonight. At the grocery today I picked up 4 different kinds of Stouffer's Corner Bistro. I've been meaning to try one and they were on sale. $4.
Tonight I had Seafood Scampi and I'm here to tell you that it was absolutely delicious in every single way. I even ate all of the green beans and carrots and I hate green beans and carrots (at least cooked ones). I cooked it exactly like the instructions said. 10 mins in the microwave on high and then let it sit 2 more minutes. There was plenty of it. I'm stuffed. And it was great. I am astounded.
I've always been fond of Stouffer's. I love their Welsh Rarebit and their Cream Chipped Beef but this is just over the top. I sure hope the other three are as good. I may make a special trip back to that store to get more while they are still on sale.
