Out early and back in

susandennisI woke up early to a wind-blowy kind of rainy day. I was kind of thinking of a trip to the grocery so I figured I'd just get up, get dressed, get out and get back and I did.
I'm set for the day. And, probably for the weekend. I have a few household to do's and lots of TiVo to watch and bears to knit. And I have about 2 hours of work work that I can do.
I worked late last night. 95% of the web pages I do these days are in XML. I'm required to use a set limit of templates that have very rigid rules. But, I had a project this week that required good old fashioned HTML but with heavy style use. It's been a long time since I've had to use - or even could use - any kind of fancy style sheet stuff. It was kind of cool to figure out what I needed done (line on left side of table cell but not on right, top or bottom), go surf for the answer, find it, try it and it works! It was kind of jigsaw puzzley and fun. And I got it all done and finished - the pages will be presented to the customer on Tuesday (by the project manager).
I need to put some groceries away and start some laundry and that's what I'm up to next.
