It is raining lots

I just went down to the lobby mail box to pop my Netflixes into the outgoing.

1. Somebody is installing floating cork flooring... wonder who that is?
2. On the way back up, a guy and his dog got into the elevator. The dog was a long haired miniature daschaund and soaked to the skin. He looked for all the world like all that rain had shrunk him!

I'm falling out of love with my Treo but I can't find anything better. And today I discovered the Gmail client for it. That does help.
