susandennisThis just in from the CEO of the company that owns my ISP... he says now that he will have someone contact me in 24 hours to see what they can do to save me money... stuck in the middle of that email is this gem:
Qwest in their ethical standards allows my customers to move to them even with contracts (yes they steal my customers, nearly everyday, by not telling the whole fact). I do not bad mouth my competition, just state the facts. I am black and white kind of guy! I want to earn your business. The old fashion way by working hard and giving you the proper information to make the best decisions on!Wonder what he means by 'I do not bad mouth' cause I'm thinking that first sentence is pretty much a text book example... Guess we can just be grateful he's not doing rocket science, brain surgery or writing the great American novel.
