susandennisOk, so the download and installation of the Office 2007 trial did not go well - it did not go quickly or easily either so I figured there was a turd in the punchbowl and, sure enough, it was fucked up to beat the band. And fucked up other stuff. I think this computer is just not taking any more crap from me under any circumstances.
I can wait. My brother is picking out my new clear sided case tomorrow and got the memory 4 GB's today.
And System Restore is about the greatest gift God ever bestowed. There is precious little that I am happier to see than my computer back the way it was before I started fucking with it.
Sherry and Lee just called to see if I wanted to go to Columbia City (a hot new neighborhood south of here for pizza at a pizza place that everyone says is the best - Tutta Bella's) for dinner. I said HECK YEAH!!!
Oh and the project manager who misteriously disappeared last week? We have a replacement and I think she's going to do fine. I've been filling in and let me tell you, I'm very happy to hand the reins over. Whew.
