Delightful dinner

Lee and Sheri and I had a great outing last night.  They had been to this place before and loved it.  On our way to our table, Lee stopped to talk to some guy who looked vaguely familiar.  Now, Lee and Sheri are both delightfully gregarious.  I told Sheri last night that they were the only lesbians I knew who were better at picking up men than any straight women.  She laughed and explained that that was Joe, the owner.  Yeah, only the two of them would know the owner by end of their second visit to a place.

About that time, here comes Lee over to the table with Joe and they have cracked why his face looks so familiar to me.  Joe used to live in this building!  Back in the early days, we used to all know each other here and play together often.  We'd have open house night and just roam from condo to condo.  Joe moved out ten years ago and now owns these three restaurants.  We had a great reunion - he even remembered my Kingdome Cam which let him follow the action even after he had moved out of the building.

After he went on back to work, we had a great dinner and then our waitress came over and told us that Joe would like to buy us dessert and coffee which was really nice. 

It was just fun.  Plus, they need me to cat sit again in a couple of weeks so they bought dinner.
