My phone rang about 5 and it was Sherry calling from the street "come out to the terrace and look at what we got!"  Turns out Sherry and Lee and Lee's Mom had been to the home show which is going on next to the stadium.  They bought a new vacuum cleaner.  Very tenement, I think neighbor chatting from the 4th floor to the street.  

Then I fed the cats and Betty was very excited.  She kept darting back and forth between the bowls.  Jake was a no show.  Finally I looked up and he was still on the terrace looking in with a very obvious WTF look on his face.  Poor guy.

The publishing system finally came back up about 3 this afternoon but I had lost interest by then.  I got the stuff that has to go tomorrow morning staged and ready.  The rest can wait until tomorrow.

geordie appears to be winding his way home but in no hurry.  One thing you can't tell from his tracker is whether or not he is having a nice trip.  It should have a smiley face or a frowny face.

The patch of skin junk on my scalp sure seems to be healing even after only two shampoos.  And my face is also healing form that cream.  Wow.  Next time maybe I won't wait 3 months to get something like that looked out. That's three months of itching I didn't need.

I'm still conjuring on the hair cut.  I don't want Britney to feel like I'm copying her AND I remember this afternoon that one of the down sides of short hair is having to get it trimmed all the time.   I have a great hair place but their prices are getting really steep.   It seems like I always get a card for a discount during March (my birthday month) so I think I'll probably just put the decision off a couple of weeks.
