Wow a week!

My broken thighs were killing me last night.  I woke up in the middle of the night and got up to pee and seriously considered just wetting the bed instead.  But, I took some Tylenol and went back to sleep and this morning they were half healed already. 

I did 20 mins on the treadmill most at 2 but a little at 2.5.  Then I did the exercises but I was careful on the thigh killer.  I'm still not sure I'm doing them correctly anyway.  I don't think I like exercises.
