30 minutes on the treadmill. I did 5 at 26 and then 5 at 27 and then 15 at 28 and the last 5 at 27 or 26, I can't remember. But I do know that right now, starting at 28 and maintaining 28 is jest a leetle beyond my limit. I do want to get to 30 at 30, tho... just really because it's so tidy.
I did 15 and 20 reps of my exercises and did good stretches. I was hot and sweaty and tired.
