Stinky Day 32

susandennisIn November of 2005, I started the job I have now. My commute was reduced to 0 - same as the number of people I now shared my office with.
When you don't move, you don't sweat. When you don't sweat, you don't stink. I've taken to showering and washing my hair every other day. I smell fine and offended no one - least of all my office mates.
BUT... now... I sweat every day. And, whew. Do I ever stink. It's clear we're going to have to shower every single day. I was the only person in the room with the treadmills this morning and there was definite not-pleasant body odor wafting through with each step. P.U.!
30 mins at 2.7 and all my exercise reps plus the new thigh one and my stretches.
