susandennisAnother excellent day - hitting on all three cylinders. No clock watching. No need. 30 at 2.7 and full boat on stretches and exercises.
I did learn that they will be replacing all of the Nautilus equipment when they move downstairs and... the gym will be closed for a whole weekend! Yikes. But, so far, the Sunday guy does not know when. From the looks of the construction and the pace of same, I'm guessing probably June-ish at the earliest.
A new hotel opened up about a month or so ago across from Safeco (baseball) Field. Last weekend the restaurant finally opened. Last Sunday there was a home game. But, today the Mariners are losing in California so I think I'm going to take a shower and then stroll on down there and try them out for Sunday brunch.
But first... a star for me!
