Better. Way better. Not perfect but I'm very grateful for better. I did my 30 minutes at 2.7 and my stretches and full reps of my exercises. I did go earlier today by an hour. I wanted to take my time and not be rushed. I think that helped. My radio goes on at 6 but I have, for several weeks now, been just semi waking up and then semi sleeping for anther hour or hour and a half. I think I need to stop that. At least while work is so busy.
