Good one today. 30 minutes of 2.7 and then stretches and two of the three exercises (yeah, I blew off the hateful squats). And then I tried the recumbent bicycle. Level 2 for 5 minutes. Those squats are starting to look not nearly as hateful. That bicycle is hard!! I think I may be cured. I may try one more time - there is a different kind I can try next to day's version - but, frankly, no thank you. I think I am just not a pedler.
Whew.
But a new star is born. I have nearly a full months' worth!
