27 minutes at 2.9! The first time at this speed. I did do the last 3 minutes at 2.8 but, heck, I'm proud anyway. My old treadmill, at the end of the 30 minutes, dropped down two speeds for one minute as a cool down. This one drops down slower and for two minutes and, oddly, I like that much better. I kind of get in a 'whew, I did it' zone at that good pace and it's nice.
I did stretches and even a few squats! And a few wall pushups (are those pushouts?).
