susandennisYep, the new gym is a keeper. I went over early this morning because I wanted to get back here and get to work. When I got there, there was a bunch of people on stationary bikes in the room I can see through the glass (it is the room for classes and stuff). Then when they finished, a class with big balls started. GREAT watching stuff.
Jerome was there and he said he got my note and was working on a plan. I told him to fold in that rowing machine, please and his eyes just lit up. He's so cute. I think he may have a day job. I only see him if I go early and this morning he left at 7:30.
They added two more big TV's so now there are three to watch and they have them spaced perfectly - you can watch one without being distracted by the others. It's all just excellent.
And I did 30 solid minutes all at 2.9 and I had energy to spare!
The gym is closed tomorrow and Sunday - sigh. Tomorrow I have my walking tour so I'm going to count that and then Sunday, I'll just have to head out and get creative.
Today, Thomas says "Right on Time!" ?? Hey, a sticker is a sticker!
