Day 95

Wow.  Monday morning crowds!  I got there a little before 7 and the place was packed.  Interestingly, though, there were still enough machines for everyone.  There are 5 treadmills and 2 elliptical and 3 stair and 3 bikes with back and 3 other bikes and 2 rowing machines, etc.  The crowd was sprinkled around so that even with all the people you could pick what you wanted.  Nice planning! 

But, I was in a hurry and figured on some days I need to get back to my roots.  So for me, 30 minutes at 3.0. 

Now I'm in the shower.  Oh and Thomas says 'Splendid!'
