susandennisI really like good rice. Rice maker rice. I have a great rice maker and it makes great rice. BUT it takes an hour. So a while back, I made the max and then put the leftovers into single serving glass dishes. And I stuck them in the freezer.
When time to eat... I dribble a little water and loosely cover and nuke - about 2-3 minutes until it steams. And that left over, frozen then nuked rice is absolutely as delicious as when it first comes out of the cooker.
Tonight I had frozen breaded shrimp which came out perfectly in my new Infrawave toaster oven and frozen nuked rice with seaweed. Yum. Seriously. Yum. And fast and easy.
