I did 20 minutes at 3.0 before I met with Jerome. I had a different idea of what I wanted but he changed my mind. And I think it's a good change. He's got me nice set of mainly arms but some leg things - machines that do all kinds of things - 2 sets of 15 reps on each one. I'm to do 10 to 20 minutes on the treadmill then his machines on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Then on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, I can do my triathlon or any combo of them for 30 mins.
I think that may work out just fine. He wrote everything down including seat positions and weights and reps.
Another regular - Diane, I think she said her name was - asked me my name today. I think I'm getting a 'rep.'
OH and I asked Jerome if they forgot to tell Yackity Guy where they moved and he laughed and said that they 'took care of him cause he was getting to be too much.' Seeing as how my latest audio book is all about hit men, I'm thinking 'took care of him' is a bit ambiguous, but, hey at least I can stop waiting for him to show up!
