susandennisOh yeah... having the day of machines made today a welcome piece of cake!! 20 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the bike. I've made good friends with the bike. We're buddies now. The bike is trying to wrestle my affections from the rowing machine but the bike doesn't have squat to offer my arms so the contest is not a fair one. I'll try to not play favorites.
And while today was welcome, I am looking forward to the machines tomorrow. This is good.
