Crazy Appleton
Jul. 16th, 2007 10:03 pmUntil the past year, I probably ate about 4 apples a year if that many. I'm not a big fruit person (or vegetables for that matter - gimme protein or just bugger off). But I am now Crazy Appleton. Especially this Summer. I keep one in the fridge at all times because when it's hot, a cold, crunchy, juicy apple is just heaven.
I am curious about why a half an apple eaten in slices never feels like as much apple as a half an apple not sliced.
Apple and yogurt (and, yes,
joyce, you were right on the money... vanilla yogurt is even better than plain and way easier to find). Apple and cheese. Apple and prosciutto. Apple and caramel. Apple all by itself.
