Day 128 - 2

susandennisI have a full plate of work to do today and a lunch to go to so I figured I should get to the gym early, do my stuff and get home to work. So I did.
And, so, caught a different wave of gym-ers. Today was machine day so I did 10 on the treadmill, 1 set of 15 reps on the machines, 10 on the bike and another set of 15.
All the while, I could see the class being held in the class room. It kind of looked like fun. I might look into that. The leader is a woman who is in there all the time and recently introduced herself to me. Joan. And Tija and Sandy - the owners - were working their way around the machines. Their routine is to spot one another and trade off and chit chat as they go. It's kind of cute.
Cute, friendly guy was at the front desk. The usual Friday Mean Bouncer Dude was no where to be seen. Interesting.
I am home, showered and ready to get to work and it is 8 a.m. Star me!
