Day 134 - 2

You know it's going to be good when you walk out the front door and get a blast of cool, clean, crisp air!  Nice.  And since it was all-treadmill Thursday, I didn't even have to worry about getting one in the shade cause they were all in the shade.  30 minutes at 30.  Nice.

It was a sparse crowd.  There is an older guy (probably my age, actually) who is there 2 or 3 times a week and always works out with his trainer who follows him around with her clipboard.  When he does 15 minutes on the rowing machine she sits right beside him.  He does do some floor exercises and she helps him through those, but mainly she just is right at his elbow with her clipboard. 

Jerome wasn't there so there was no accusation of face spraying.  Whew.
