I've been using Carbonite for a year now on two computers.  I have a couple of minor issues with the service but now I'm having a major one with their customer support or rather their poor excuse for it.

I sent a question last month and heard nothing for 3 days.  My question wasn't critical or crucial but 3 days is too long to way for any answer when I'm paying your full asking price for two computers.

Two days ago I sent an email asking how I can resubscribe both computers at once.  One of them expires on Sunday and one in a couple of weeks.  So far, I've heard jack shit.  I'm thinking they really aren't too interested in my resubscribing so if they don't care, I'm ready to switch.

Mozy seems like a good option.  Anyone have any experience with it?
