Day 137 - 2
Jul. 29th, 2007 09:51 amOn Sundays the gym opens at 9. At 9 this morning there were three people standing at the front door and Nathan (cute little most-of-the-time receptionist) was moseying on down the sidewalk with about a block and half between him and the front door. The three some included Gym Queen and one of the hunks and a guy I don't remember seeing before.
It was interesting to see everyone start at the starting gate. Nathan got to work turning on lights and ceiling fans. Hunk and new guy headed over to the weights. I got on the treadmill. Gym Queen spent the next 20 minutes in the bathroom, getting her stuff laid out perfectly, selecting TV channels on on all three tv sets (without bothering to even ask me - the only other person in position to watch - my preference), getting water and getting a towel.
By the time she started on the bike, I had finished 20 minutes on the treadmill. Then I did 10 on the rowing machine. That rowing machine is not easy. It sneaks up on you. It starts out easy but then when 10 minutes are up you are all hot and sweating and tired!!
Home now... star and shower... in that order.
