Day 142 - 2

susandennisAnother not-so-much to report day. I'm really so tired of being hot. It has cooled off outside now but this building and the one the gym is in are 100 year old buildings built with huge giant timbers that retain heat for freakin' ever. And, sadly, we have four weeks of this to go. It's wearing me down.
But, I did 10 minutes on the treadmill and one rep of 15 on each machine and 10 minutes on the bike and one rep of 15 of each machine.
I was in a little earlier than usual - maybe 20 mins - but it did seem as if there were a lot of regulars not in attendance. Maybe I'm not the only one tired of the heat. Maybe the smart ones have gone someplace cool.
Stars should not be awarded to whiners. BUT... I'm in total control of the stars and I'm giving me one anyway. So there.
