susandennisI finally remembered a good place to pose my Qwest.Net question and did... no answers yet, but I'm hopeful. The folks at DSLReports have a lot of answers.

My day has been full of work frustrations. I love my boss 96% of the time and the other 4% I could cheerfully kill him. He will ask me a question and then pick and chose what, out of my answer, he wants to hear. What he doesn't want to hear, is not part of his reality. Sadly, it's part of mine. So when I tell him we need permissions to access the web space for building out his site and said permissions take a week-10 days to procure he hears 'we will be able to access the web space'. Last night he sent me an email at 11 p.m. asking me to get permissions for his developer. That developer has a website that needs to go live on Monday. Week to 10 days. Friday to Monday. Hmmmm Not working for me.

The former paragraph about 3 more just like it are why I haven't gotten half of the work items done that I wanted to today. Thankfully, and hopefully, everyone will leave me along tomorrow so I can plow through.

The Boston Red Sox are putting their Sox on in Seattle tonight. For some reason, they have had a very sad (for them) history in Seattle as even when we suck we seem to beat the crap out of them when they are here. I'm so hoping the tradition continues but I'm not counting on it. Heck, I counted on our having one of the worst seasons ever and look where that got me!!
