My blue cheese artichoke pie turned out pretty darn tasty!



I'll be interested to see what it tastes like left over.   I don't mind cooking if I can cook once and stretch it out or freeze it for other meals.  I don't think this would freeze/thaw well but it might be quite tasty cold or reheated.
