Day 147 - 2

susandennisahhhh cool... I stepped out the front door this morning and it was almost a tiny bit chilly!!! Nice and invigorating!
I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the rowing machine.
The other old fat lady was already at work on the treadmill so I hopped up next to her and perkily said "good morning!" and I got a nice, perky "good morning!" right back. Excellent.
There were a lot of people there for a Thursday. My, neighbor, Ann was in but only for a shower. They are having their bathroom redone. And Tija got a new coffee cart for the lobby. Nice looking.
And coming out after working out, I was met with what was a refreshing blast of cool air. Wonderful.
And wonderful is my star!
