susandennisGot in almost two full rep sets with 10 mins on the treadmill and 10 mins on the rowing machine. I was half done with one rep when my showerless neighbor, Ann, came in for her shower and stopped to chat and made me laugh too hard to finish.
And in other social gym news... The other old fat lady not only said 'good morning' but made a little 'here we are again - deja vu' joke with me!!
One week from today I have a regular checkup appointment with my doctor. I told him once that physical activity was never going to happen for me so he should not get his hopes up. Won't he be surprised???
