Day 166 - 2

20 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes rowing.  Someone left the rowing machine with a different menu.  I'm used to seeing time only.  Today I could see this graph that basically said 'you lazy fuck, do you think you are here for a freakin' sunday afternoon picnic down a quiet little stream???  row, you idiot!! row!!!' Very rude.  But I rowed.  My usual rowing shows in the 300 range on the different menu so I made sure I stayed in the 500's for most of the trip.  I did slip into the 400s for the last minute because you know, it's important to let these machines know who is in charge.

Many of the regulars were back today but the other old fat lady is MIA for the second day in a row.  I'm thinking maybe she took the week off.  She does got right to work from the gym and maybe even works for Starbucks there in the building...   So maybe she's on vacation. 

Me?  I'm in the shower... after my sticker!
