susandennisThe sun just sucks. It comes in through the high transom windows and bakes the treadmills and other equipment. This is Seattle. We're not supposed to see the stupid sun.
Ok...
30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.1 and I am now a giant mass of spongy sweat. ick.
The crowd was very sparse today. Gym Queen was even a no show. There were three other people there and I don't think I'd ever seen any of them before.
Nathan made a big, sweet tado about my haircut. He's so nice. And I am so sweaty. First a sticker and then a shower!
